Matthew Boswell, newly named commissioner of the Canadian Competition Bureau (CCB), sits down with Acuris to provide details to help us better understand the antitrust agency’s process and how, when reviewing large cross-border transactions, it coordinates with counterparts in the US and other jurisdictions.
