Brexit Breakfast Briefing

On 8th November 2017, PaRR hosted a Brexit Breakfast Briefing with the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). During the briefing, the CMA discussed its plans to prepare to partner with the European Commission in large border reviews post-Brexit.

Highlights from this report include:

Information sharing arrangements will be less of an issue for mergers than cartels
Strong relationships with international counterparts should continue after Brexit
Uncertainties about handling of active Merger reviews after Brexit
